Paralegals and other legal professionals tend to work well under pressure by nature, this means that we frequently put things off until the last minute. Also, simply due to the nature of the work we do, we are constantly multi tasking and racing against the clock.

This course includes a mix of daily positive affirmations and mini lessons to get you get on track and stay on track.
Positive Affirmations
An affirmation is a positive statement that can help you challenge yourself and overcome self sabotaging or negative thoughts. Because your thoughts play a big role in your happiness and success, this is a great way to improve your mindset on a daily basis. We are quick to give positive reinforcement to others, affirmations allow us to give positive reinforcement to ourselves.
This program includes 15 positive affirmations, and each affirmation includes a set of self reflection questions to help you dig deep. Affirmations include:

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit:
This program meets the requirements of the NALA Certifying Board for continuing legal education credit required to maintain the CP (Certified Paralegal) credential. This program is pre-approved by NALA for 1.0 hour of non-substantive CLE.
NALA CPs/ACPs may only use a maximum of 10 hours of non-substantive credits during any five year period.
This CLE credit may be used by any entity that accepts NALA credits including Florida Bar for FRPs, NFPA RPs or CRPs, and the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas.
