Course Description
Expert career counselor Felice Solomon will discuss a variety of interview and job search skills for the legal professional. She will cover strategies and techniques that you can implement immediately to improve your interview and job search skills. She will go through the components of a professional resume and cover letter and teach you how to recognize what employers are looking for in paralegal professionals and market effectively.
Meet Your Speaker
Felice Solomon brings twenty six years of extensive and successful legal recruitment experience to the South Florida marketplace.
Originally from New York City, Felice began her career working in several of New York’s finest law firms in various capacities including:office management, paralegal and legal secretarial. In 1988, Felice moved her professional career to the recruiting world, working for one of New York City’s most recognized legal recruitment firms. In 1997, she followed her company to the South Florida area and in June of 2009, Felice formed the Solomon Search Group.
Due to her vast knowledge of the legal world she continues to build a strong clientele in South Florida’s tri-county area. Felice is an expert at identifying, evaluating and recruiting top-notch talent for her clients.
She comes with a complete understanding of the various cultures within a law firm.In addition, she has an overall appreciation of the many challenges administrators face daily, including running and managing successful law practices.

NALA: This seminar is approved by the Certifying Board of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) for 1.0 CLE substantive continuing legal education credit required to maintain the CP or CLA credential.
